Feature of Disk Type Oil Skimmer

  • To Extent the coolant lifetime; apply to al kinds of machinery for clasping grease or fuel oil from coolant and proceeding oil and water separating.
  • Patent design: 2/3 disk is submersed into coolant tank. Even small disk can achieve the capacity like bigger one. Saving installation space and easy to install onto any machines.
  • Easy Installation, DIY items.

  Balance adjusting for Oil/water separator & Maintenance  
 

  • Before applying the oil skimmer, please adjust the screws to adjust the balance that would improve the performance well.
    TS Series ( 3 screws).TSL series (4 screws).
  • Cleaning the oil/water separator once a month.

Check Power Input AC110V/ 220V, Yes or No?

Check LED,
"M1" light or not? (flash: rest; disk is static.)

LED flashes, mode is changeable, but motor is stop.

 


※By Multimeter.

※LED is not work. Check IC board.
Broken or not? Replace PC Board.

※Make sure gear is stuck or have to replace the motor.

Disk Rotate Reverse
 Check the power input not lower than 10% voltage. ※Checking by multimeter or IC board replacement.
Scrap Effect Not Well

Congealed material in coolant cuase the worse scraping effect

Performance well: hydrophobe of coolant and slide-way oil


※Cleaning coolant tank.


※Try to use other coolant

Oil/water separate
Not well
